We have some news, and for the immediate future, it will, unfortunately, mean that the Coffeesup platform is taking a break.
For the past 12 months we’ve been constantly listening to our customers, cafes and all of our trusted partners. What we’ve uncovered is that the product is not delivering on the dream that we set out to achieve.
It’s a hard call, but we know that in order to unlock the power of specialty coffee we need to make some changes to our business model which will involve a complete reconfiguration of the app. So Effective from 1 August 2023, Coffeesup will become unavailable to use at Local Cafes.
- We will refund all customers that have pre-paid their monthly fee.
- We will notify you as soon as we are back up and running.
